Welcome to the home of Sedgley Striders, a unique and friendly running club based in Sedgley, near Dudley in the West Midlands.
Please feel free to join us on any Tuesday or Thursday evening at around 6:45pm at The Three Crowns, Dovedale Rd, Lanesfield, Wolverhampton WV4 6RB.
We cater for all abilities and regularly welcome new members to join us on a Tuesday and Thursday night.
